Who receives your message
Hello Grahn messages are emailed to Brandon La Voie, the website coordinator. He may forward your inquiry to Star at the center so she can respond. Please include only what is needed for your question.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email, topic, message, and an optional phone number. It does not request payment information, medical records, or identification documents. Please do not include them or use this form for emergencies.
How it is delivered
FormSubmit processes the form and delivers it by email. Its spam protection may ask you to verify that you are human. Read FormSubmit's privacy information. The receiving email services also handle the message.
Dodgeball interest signups
The Carter County Dodgeball Classic interest form emails your adult contact name, email or phone, player ages, and any optional team details, volunteer interest, or note to Brandon La Voie. He uses these details to plan the proposed event and contact interested families. The form asks for ages rather than children's names or birth dates. Please leave out medical information, identification documents, and other private records.
Interest signups are private and are not displayed on the website. The form does not take payment, reserve a tournament place, or replace a parent or guardian waiver. To correct or remove a signup, contact Brandon through Hello Grahn and include your signup reference if you have it.
Sharing a memory or photograph
Sending a message does not publish your story or give permission to publish a photograph. The coordinator will discuss credit and permission with you before using a contribution on the website.
Corrections and removal requests
Use the Hello Grahn contact form or call 606-286-0177 to request removal of a message or personal information you shared, or to ask for a correction to a published item. Tell the coordinator which message or item your request concerns. The coordinator can review the request and follow up with you. Public archive items keep their source credits so the original record can be consulted.
